How to export your data and request deletion.
Export your register
You can export your variation register as a CSV file from the variation register page in the app.
Export your cost workbook
You can export a cost workbook as a CSV file from the cost workbook page for a given variation.
Request a full data export
You can request a copy of your account and company data by contacting privacy@variationguard.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Request deletion
You can request deletion of your account and company data by contacting privacy@variationguard.com.au. Deletion may be subject to legal, accounting and backup retention limits, so some information may persist for a limited period before it is removed.
Invite and account data
Invite links and account records are part of your company workspace. Removing a user or revoking an invite is handled in the Users area; deleting the broader account/company data is handled through a deletion request.
Analytics data boundaries
Analytics events are designed not to contain the raw content of your instructions, clauses, notices or cost descriptions. See the Privacy Policy for detail on what analytics intentionally excludes.
